ULTRA 300x300 is a high performance autonomous band saw machine. It is has double column body which is designed with ergonomic details and technical solutions applied in consideration of user safety and comfort. Its dynamic and innovative design symbolizes fast and perfect cutting technology.
The machine has 15” Industrial PC which is connected via LAN and WIFI. Thanks to its Intelligent Sawing System (IPS) it can be used 4 different sawing performance mode (Normal, Blade Saver, High Performance, Ultra Performance). ULTRA 300x300 is also used on manual, automatic or smart cutting modes. 1300 different material which are categorized in 6 different standards are predefined on smart cutting system. By this way, the machine adjusts parameters automatically. Linear guideways on the machine have two servo moving vices provide perfect cutting precision. Its 16,1 kW high torque main motor prevents loss of torque in either low or high frequency. ULTRA 300x300 provides a unique experience with its quickness. It has a record with 47 second cutting time for CK45 Ø250 solid material.

VEGA 600x650 S-LINE is a high performance autonomous band saw machine. It is has double column body moved by servo motor. The machine is designed with ergonomic details and technical solutions applied in consideration of user safety and comfort.
VEGA 600x650 S-LINE is distinguished with its power as its smartness as well. 15 kW High torque main motor prevents loss of torque in neither low nor high frequency. On the other hand, servo controlled front-rear vises, 15” Industrial PC, remote control via WIFI and its elegant design make it unique in its class. 1300 different material which are categorized in 6 different standards are predefined on smart cutting system. VEGA 600X650
VEGA 600x650 is a new generation automatic band saw machine. The double column machine is desgined with ergonomic details and technical solutions applied in consideration of user safety and comfort. Linear guideways on the machine have two servo moving vices provide perfect cutting precision. Besides, its cast bodies provide perfect cutting by reducing the vibration during cutting. 7,5 kW high torque main motor prevents loss of torque in either low or high frequency. The machine has 10.1” PLC control panel, in this way the operator can adjusts all parameters on the screen. After the length of the cut material and the amount of pieces to be cut are entered on the PLC control panel, the machine automatically adjusts the length to be cut with the help of an encoder and cuts in the amount entered. Feeder vices drive the material according to the set size automatically. 20 different cutting sizes can be entered on the screen. 50 different work lists can be saved to the control panel and saved work list can be used at any time.

BAND SAWS
Band Saws get their name from their distinctive blade, which consists of a continuous metal band with teeth along one edge. Generally, a band saw blade is propelled by two or more band wheels that allow it to rotate at high speeds—many times exceeding 1,000 revolutions per minute. The high speed and the unique geometry of the blade’s teeth allow the band saw blade to cut through a wide variety of metals and profiles at varying dimensions and angles.
