Feeder vices drive the material according to the set size automatically. 20 different cutting sizes can be entered on the screen. 50 different work lists can be saved to the control panel and saved work list can be used at any time. BAND SAWS
Band Saws get their name from their distinctive blade, which consists of a continuous metal band with teeth along one edge. Generally, a band saw blade is propelled by two or more band wheels that allow it to rotate at high speeds—many times exceeding 1,000 revolutions per minute. The high speed and the unique geometry of the blade’s teeth allow the band saw blade to cut through a wide variety of metals and profiles at varying dimensions and angles.
